A mainstay on the LunÀtico bandstand, Tiga Jean Baptiste is a master of Haitian wind instruments as well as the Australian didjeridoo and the Mbira from the Shona people of Zimbabwe. Tonite he brings this exceptional double percussion lineup.

Staying true to his Haitian roots, Tiga has worked with many of Haiti’s most respected artists, including Emeline Michel, Jean-Pual Bourelly and Bonga. He has also successfully ventured outside of tradition, performing with artists from Zimbabwe: Thomas Mapfumo, Stella Chiweshe, Chiwoniso Maraire. Also has performed with Grammy-winner John Legend, Grace Jones and Wyclef Jean.
