Ana Rossi - voice
Federico Diaz - guitar
(Special Guest Vinicius Gomes - guitar)

Ana Rossi and Federico Díaz met eight years ago in New York through mutual musical friends. Although they are based in Spain and the United States, respectively, their souls continue to resonate with the rhythms, stories, and traditions of the folk music from their homeland, Argentina. Their music is a journey—one that invites listeners to explore melodies that have shaped generations, uncover the stories woven into each lyric, and paint landscapes with sound, evoking the places of their childhood. From the Andes Mountains to the vast Pampas, every chord honors their cultural heritage and the richness of Latin America.

Ana Rossi was born in Rosario, Argentina and is currently based in Barcelona. Her artistic career is deeply influenced by a wide variety of genres, particularly popular and folk-rooted music from Argentina, Brazil, Latin America, and the Iberian Peninsula. In 2023, she released her first album of original compositions, Una Casa.

In addition to her solo career, Ana has collaborated with internationally renowned musicians such as Silvia Perez Cruz, Horacio Fumero, Eliseo Parra, Coetus, Elisabet Raspall, Marta Roma, and Juan Pablo Balca¡zar, among others.

Born in Argentina, Federico is a versatile musician with a multi-faceted career as guitarist, arranger and composer in the classical and popular music worlds. His performances have taken him to distinguished festivals and concert halls in the US, Europe and Latin America.

His passion for chamber music, tango and folklore led him to collaborate with musicians such as Lionel Cottet, Philippe Quint, Paquito D’Rivera, Daniel Binelli, and Juan Falú, among others. The most recent highlights in the popular music scene include the project with singer Juana Luna and the NY Philharmonic at Lincoln Center, the collaboration with Florencia Iriondo for the musical “South” presented at the O’Neil Theater Center, the concert with Cordeone Trio at Rialto Theatre in Montreal, as well as a solo tour in Argentina for the Festival Guitarras del Mundo.
