LunÁtico warmly welcomes percussionist Kofi Hunter & The Grown Man Band to our bandstand! Expect a fusion of soul, funk, and Afro-Cuban Rhythms, with influences ranging from classic 70s grooves to contemporary jazz and hip-hop - delivered with a keen balance of smoothness and grit.

KOFI HUNTER is a multi percussionist born and raised in Queens NY. Kofi has traveled and studied extensively in Ghana west Africa. Also Kofi has studied via the traditional apprenticeship system of the hand drum community and lineage with masters of the craft. With the music that Kofi creates; he hopes to bridge worlds and generations together, and remind each other of our similarities and how they out way our differences.
