Though known as a jazz prodigy, DIDA PELED’s talent and laid-back stardom have a universal appeal across genres. She is a singer, songwriter and guitarist based in Brooklyn, NY. Incessantly curious and with lyrical wit only a non-native English speaker can muster, Dida’s songs are playful and resourceful with grit surprising against a backdrop of her formally trained, mathematically rich rhythm. She leads a monthly residency at Ornithology Jazz Club in Bushwick, and hosts "The Dida Show" on Radio Free Brooklyn. She released jazz records as well as other albums of her original music.
